FlowRepp ("we," "us," or "our") provides an automated review routing platform for home service businesses. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of flowrepp.com, the FlowRepp dashboard, and any related services we operate (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, connecting a data source, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company, you represent that you have authority to bind that company, in which case "you" refers to that company.
FlowRepp ingests customer feedback from the third-party platforms you connect (currently Google Business Profile, Yelp Fusion, and similar review sources), applies sentiment scoring with the help of an automated analysis provider, and helps you route respondents toward public review platforms (Google, Yelp, Facebook) when feedback is positive, or toward private internal channels when it is not. Routing rules, thresholds, and notification preferences are configurable in your dashboard.
You retain responsibility for what you do with the feedback once it reaches you, and for the legality of any message you send through the Service to your customers.

The full detail of what we collect and how we use it lives in our Privacy Policy. In short: we only ingest the data you authorize us to fetch from the platforms you connect; we do not sell your data; and we do not train third-party AI models on your content.
Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Each paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial — no charge until the trial ends. You can cancel at any time from your billing portal; you'll keep access until the end of your current billing period. Your reviews and routing history remain available in view-only mode after cancellation. The full feature comparison across plans is on our pricing page.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods, but you can cancel renewal at any time.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms, if continued operation would put other customers or our infrastructure at risk, or if we are required to do so by law. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to fix the issue before suspension. You may terminate these Terms at any time by cancelling your account from your dashboard or billing portal.
We work hard to keep the Service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime. We may change, update, or discontinue features from time to time; if a change materially affects your use of the Service, we will give you reasonable notice.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind. In no event will FlowRepp, its owners, employees, or partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total aggregate liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, give you reasonable notice by email or in-product. Continued use of the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
